Have you signed up for DeanConnect yet? Dean Health Plan (DHP) is pleased to offer you DeanConnect, a Web-based portal that allows you to access your personal insurance coverage information. You will have 24-hour access to:

• Review claims information and status
• Print claims itemizations or Explanations of Benefits (EOBs)
• Order new ID cards
• Locate a provider
• Change your primary care practitioner
• Check the status of authorizations and referrals
• View benefits coverage, copayment and deductible information
• Read your rights to Independent Review

All DHP members are eligible to register online for access to their own information. Due to privacy laws, members older than age 14 need to register and obtain their own user ID and password.
