A New Way to Understand Your Coverage
This spring, Dean Health Plan (DHP) began mailing out a Health Insurance Benefit Summary (HIBS) form to members of employer groups. The HIBS form contains basic information about your group coverage with DHP. This document is intended to give you a general overview of your coverage.
The HIBS forms are being printed during the next several months, and you should receive your 2007 HIBS form before the end of the year. You will also receive a HIBS form when your policy is renewed in 2008.
