A new tool called MyChart© allows you to electronically access information from your Dean Health Plan health record. MyChart enables you to better manage your own and your family’s healthcare. It’s available to you anytime and anywhere by logging on to our secure Website. You can even use it to communicate securely with your practitioner and healthcare team.
What Can You Do on MyChart?
- Review instructions and details from recent clinic visits
- View lab results
- Check your current medications
