Important Info for Women

mandating specific coverage for health plan

Dean Health Plan has provided coverage for
breast reconstruction after a mastectomy and
related services. This legislation allows for:
- Reconstruction of the breast on which a mastectomy has been performed
- Surgery and reconstruction for the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance
