New Mail-Order Pharmacy Provider

In response to feedback from our members, Dean Health Plan has switched our mail-order pharmacy vendor from Prescription Solutions to WellDyneRx Mail Service Pharmacy. After extensive research, we believe that WellDyneRx is the best vendor to meet our high customer service expectations.

Registering with WellDyne

If you are currently using Prescription Solutions to fill your prescriptions, you will be transferred to the new vendor. To prevent a disruption in pharmaceutical care, you must contact WellDyneRx to verify your member information and authorize payment.

If you or someone in your household are not currently utilizing mail order for your prescriptions, now is a great time to get started!

To register for mail-order pharmacy with WellDyneRx, choose the method that works best for you: online, by phone or by mail. WellDyneRx makes filling your prescriptions hassle-free!

Phone

Use the integrated voice response (IVR) system at 866-490-3326. This is an automated system that walks you through the registration process.

Mail

You can get a prescription order form from your employer or Dean Health Plan.

The WellDyneRx Mail Service Pharmacy is staffed by registered pharmacists and certified pharmacy technicians. With advanced robotics and state-of-the-art technology, highly trained professionals conduct multiple quality and accuracy checks on your order.

Your prescription order is boxed to protect it during shipping, and your order is shipped using U.S. Mail, UPS or FedEx. Refrigerated items are shipped overnight in Styrofoam containers with cold packs to ensure product stability. For your security, some controlled substances are shipped with a signature required by the recipient for delivery.

Savings

Mail service can save you money. Get three months’ worth of medication for only two copayments. You get a 90-day supply for only two copays, saving yourself one copay on each prescription. It’s savings that really add up.
