Dean now offers more ways for you to manage your and your family’s healthcare. In 2005, we launched DeanConnect, the member portal that allows you to view your health insurance information. Now you can also access your Dean Health record electronically with MyChart^©*.

Together, DeanConnect and MyChart open a world of online conveniences 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

What can I do with DeanConnect?

• Review claims information and status
• Print claims itemizations and Explanations of Benefits (EOBs)
• Order new ID cards
• Check the status of authorizations and referrals
• Change your primary care practitioner
• View benefits coverage, copayment and deductible information
• View pharmacy claims and prescription costs and calculate pharmacy copayments (some groups do not have this option)
• Locate a provider

How do I access DeanConnect?

Choose the DeanConnect icon in the upper right-hand corner of www.deancare.com. Click on “Members” and log on or follow the directions for new members.

MyChart

What can I do with MyChart?

• Review instructions and details from recent clinic visits
• View lab results
• Check your current medications
• Review your health history
• Review allergies
• Request prescription renewals
• Ask for nonemergency medical advice and other questions with secure messaging
• View appointment information
• Request new appointments
• Keep track of information for your children or others you provide care for (authorization required)

How do I access MyChart?

Go to www.deancare.com and choose “MyChart” in the upper right-hand corner. If you know your password, follow logon instructions. If you do not have a password, choose “Sign up now” to get started.

*Please note that MyChart is currently available to those patients who have a Dean Clinic family medicine, internal medicine or pediatrics primary care practitioner. other Dean departments and specialties will be brought online over the next two years. Please see our Website at https://mychart.deancare.com for a list of participating providers.
