This has been an exciting year for
Dean Health Plan (DHP). We’ve made
a lot of progress toward improving
care and service to all our members.

who have provided us with feedback
through surveys, focus groups and
telephone calls on what we do well
and the ways we can improve.
We’ve taken your comments and
suggestions directly back to the physicians
and staff of the Dean Health
System and many of the regional
clinics for frank discussions about the
things you believe we can do better.
We’ve expanded the number of physicians
and clinics included in ongoing
patient-satisfaction surveys. And we’ve
extended some of our successful initiatives
to make your access to care
and service more convenient.

We’ve revised our Website, adding
new features and services.
DeanConnect is available
to all DHP members. Through
DeanConnect you can:
- Review the benefits coverage of your plan and check on copayment and deductible information
- Check on your claims information and status
- Change your primary care clinic
- Request a new ID card
