Dean Health Plan would like you to know that services and supplies related to noncovered benefits or services, denied referral or prior authorization or denied admission are specifically excluded from most Dean Health Plan policies. This would include any emergency services or complications related to the noncovered service or supply.

Check with Customer Service before you receive services that may be considered cosmetic, experimental or investigational or not generally covered under most insurance plans.
