This fall, look for our new Member Portal at www.deancare.com. Dean Health Plan is working to make managing health care benefits easier and more convenient. This new self-service portal will give members a whole new set of online capabilities. Members will be able to:

• View 18 months of claims
• Check referral and authorization status
• Request ID cards
• View benefits information

You will soon be able to access important health care information at your convenience, in the comfort of your home or office. We assure you that we are committed to protecting our members’ privacy. This new site will be password-protected and have high security measures associated with it. More information about how to access this portal will be coming soon.
