Do You Need More Information on a Health Issue?

Photo of booksThe Dean Health Resource Centers can help you find the health information that is right for you. The centers are located in Madison at the Dean East and West Clinics. The Dean Health Resource Centers are staffed by friendly, professional health educators who can meet with you personally or talk with you on the phone. They can provide health information such as:

  • Books, magazines and pamphlets
  • Community resources and support groups
  • Health-related Web sites (The centers also have onsite computers for use.)
  • Health programs and classes

Translated information may also be available. This is a free service to Dean Health Plan members and the community. Additional information is available online at www.deancare.com.
